Staff is very friendly and prices are exceptionally good despite ongoing inflation. Compared to other second hand thrift stores, their prices are very competitive. The staff are excellent in their customer service. They are kind, sympathetic and supportive. This has encouraged me to visit this store more frequently. Managers, including Sarah and Leon, and other staff, including Selin, Holly, Elena, Andrew, Michael, Taylor and Casper, are always energetic, smiling, friendly, and willing to get out of their way to help and make somebody's day. I would recommend shopping at that store 100%.

Restore Thrift store are one of the best option to find used furniture and house hold stuff at very reasonable and cheap prices. If you are new immigrant and looking to buy furniture visit here instead of checking marketplace and talk with seller who offers expensive deals. Eeah item here is in average-good-great condition.

Absolutely lovely place to get very nice used furniture, and other odds and ends! Bought two of this lovely chair, each was only $55. The marble style table was $25. Very affordable, very good quality and solid wood furniture is there all the time.

Im so disappointed the way the staff behaves every time I go to donate at this location in Burlington, I love this charity so I hope this review helps fix things or makes management aware of how poorly the donation area is being run, They expect you to wait a ridiculously long time, and are rude and dismissive. After waiting over 15 minutes again today (last time over 20 minutes) i just left and went across the street to value village and was able to pull in, drop my donations off immediately and they were polite, helpful, kind and thanked me. None of which happens at this HfH I saw several other people waiting to donate come over to value village too - so this charity is losing out big time because of poor staff and bad management. I love this charity please fix this - there is no reason for this to be so difficult.

They have good and bad prices. Depends what you buy from there. Overall, the prices are better as compared to new items prices. Parking is slightly tricky and you have to wait for sometime to pick up your items. Anyhow, I would recommend this store if you are buying household items and furniture.

It says on Google that they're open until 6🙂I come to the shop before 5:30 for my first time and the sign says they're open until 5🙄so there is very misleading information on Google and no updates or page for on facebook🙄I literally went there to check out the shop on Google on a whim🙂and just checked their website🙄it would be ALOT better if they updated their hours so nobody is mislead by Google🙄I've learnt to check the website to see if I can get more accurate hours but Google is rather confusing🙄

First time making a donation today. Woman working the loading dock was very rude and unhelpful. She was good at yelling and accusing me of "dumping". Took my stuff to Value Village instead.
